We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all ValidateAI subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Account must be in good standing (no violations of terms of service)
  • Refund request must be submitted through our official channels
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 30-day period

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Account Termination

When a refund is processed, your ValidateAI account will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all subscription features and data. Please ensure you have downloaded any important data before requesting a refund.

7. Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. This allows us to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive relationship with our customers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
